    April 29, brings the 39th Celtic Festival and Highland Gathering to Jefferson Patterson Park and Museum, St. Leonard, MD 20685, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. rain or shine. Competitions in Highland dance, athletics, fiddle, harp, bag pipe, drum, pipe bands, rugby. Celtic food and merchandise. 3 stages for music & dance.
