Jon J. Gasior

Jon Gasior’s initial interest in becoming an attorney was sparked by the desire to help others. His personal experience with family and the problems that resulted from their failure to create an estate plan inspired his interest to learn more about this area of the law. Instilled with a passion for learning, he feels strongly that his clients should be well informed to make wise estate planning decisions. Jon was attracted to SinclairProsser Law because of their approach to offer free estate planning seminars throughout the year. SinclairProsser Law strives to make the public aware of the estate planning choices they can make to provide both financial and emotional security to their families and loved ones. Jon currently heads up the Elder Law department of the law firm where he helps people to protect their assets from nursing homes, establish guardianships when needed and works closely with the special needs community in establishing plans to protect government benefits and to provide for their future needs. He conducts seminars throughout the year for clients of the law firm on how to plan for incapacity now to help protect assets from long term care and nursing homes costs.
